Fabric case studies

Real engagements, one consultant. What the client needed, what I built, and what it changed.

Silver Assist

Fabric tenant ownership · 100+ users

A national senior-living lead platform where 100+ advisors, managers, and executives rely on Power BI daily to run the business.

  • Own the full Microsoft Fabric / Power BI tenant: workspaces, semantic models, refresh schedules, and access.
  • Built the analytics suite leadership runs the company on: lead performance, speed-to-lead, revenue, and advisor scorecards.
  • Automated workflows on top of the data: scheduled digests and alerts that push numbers to the team instead of waiting for someone to open a report.

Leadership reviews the business weekly off these reports, and the data layer runs without an internal BI team.

Intus Care

Analytics at scale · 20+ client organizations

  • Maintain the dashboards and semantic models every client organization uses, from one shared codebase.
  • Built an automated deployment pipeline (PBIP + fabric-cicd) that publishes model and report changes across all client tenants.
  • Handle onboarding of new client organizations into the analytics platform.

New client organizations go from signed to published analytics in days, and one engineer maintains a fleet that used to need a team.
